Last Stretch of 2012

I can't believe that it is almost December! It seems like it just turned 2012, we were awaiting the birth of our precious little boy and now he is almost five months old! By Christmas he will be nearly 6 months! I love this time of year, not because of the cold- but because of everyone's excitment for the holidays, the festivities and plenty of opportunities to spend time with family.

The last two nights Ben has even been sleeping better! Only up twice! *Knock on wood*.

Brianna has officially hit her two-year old tantrum phase. Complete with flopping on the ground and kicking her feet, just like in the movies. (They really do that!)

The entire family has been staying healthy so far this season, even though everyone around us seems to be getting the flu. We've missed a couple of fun outings to avoid it, including Thanksgiving, but haven't regretted it yet. Here's hoping! This week Matt has had to work late on mandatory overtime, so the kids and I have been able to get to know each other better. My super awesome organizational skills have come in handy many times.

I have most of the family's Christmas presents planned out. This year we are making almost everyone's gift again. I will take pictures and post them before I give them out. Pinterest was the inspiration of most of them, and I am so psyched to see what the recipients think!
